Charlie Carroll

Hello, I’m Charlie Carroll, founder of Enda Consulting. I started the company in 2024 after years of experience in strategic people management across both public and private sectors, driving successful projects in organisation culture, workplace culture, and employee experience management.

Throughout my career, I repeatedly encountered the same issue: low employee engagement stemming from poor workplace experiences. It became clear to me that businesses needed support in understanding their employees’ true feelings and in addressing the frustrations and challenges that often hold them back.

My purpose in creating Enda Consulting was to help organisations enhance employee satisfaction and improve work productivity through strategic interventions. Through employee engagement consulting, I aim to create a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and ready to contribute to the organisation’s success.
