A practical, evidence-based approach to employee experience design

Your current situation

You're trying hard, but not much has changed

Your business relies on your people. But something feels off:

  • Good people are leaving, and replacing them is costly and exhausting.
  • Energy is flat
  • Leaders are stretched thin, managing tasks instead of focusing on people.
  • The workplace culture feels fragmented and reactive
  • Customer satisfaction is slipping.

You know these things are connected. You're investing time, money, and effort into implementing employee engagement strategies to turn things around, yet the results aren't there.

This isn't just a motivation problem; it's an employee experience problem that needs attention.

Here’s the uncomfortable question most organisations avoid:

Can you afford not to address this?

Disengagement costs more than most leaders realise — impacting productivity, turnover, reputation, and lost growth.

The good news is it’s fixable.

A clear, practical way forward

A practical approach to fixing employee disengagement:

  • Listen to what employees are really experiencing
  • Act on what matters most
  • Sustain engagement and connection through an overall work experience that exceeds your people's expectations.

No generic programs.

No tick-the-box surveys.

Just evidence-based employee experience design that works.

What changes when employee experience improves?

When businesses deliberately focus on building a positive workplace culture improvement, their people feel valued, supported, and clearer about their role in the business through effective employee engagement strategies.

The results?

  • Engagement rises
  • Turnover falls
  • Leaders lead with confidence
  • Teams collaborate instead of disconnecting
  • Customers feel the difference
  • Growth becomes sustainable, not exhausting

About

Meet Charlie

Charlie established Enda Consulting in 2024 after more than a decade working in strategic people management across both public and private sectors. His work has focused on designing and delivering employee engagement strategies that strengthen organisational culture, improve employee experience, and lift engagement and performance.

Across organisations of varying size and complexity, he's consistently observed the same underlying issue: employee disengagement was rarely about motivation or capability. It was most often the result of poorly designed workplace experiences, unclear leadership expectations, and systems that failed to support people in doing their best work.

Enda Consulting was created to address these challenges by collaborating with CEOs and People & Culture leaders to implement HR training and development initiatives that leverage employee feedback. This approach aims to drive workplace culture improvement and create impactful changes.
